The purpose of the Spokane River Chapter is to fuel the passion for riding, advocate motorcycling activities for our members, share our experiences with each other, and foster opportunities for socialization. Based in the vicinity of Spokane, Washington, it is our responsibility to improve the public’s perception and awareness of motorcyclists in general and Harley riders in particular. But, mostly, our primary mission is:
